Ingredients:
For Caramel Sauce
- Sugar
1/3 cup
- Milk
1/3 cup
For Custard
- Milk 2
cups
- Vanilla
essence ½ tsp
- Corn
flour 2 tbsp
- Milk ¼
cup
For Garnishing
- Chopped
almonds as required
- Caramel
sauce as required
Method:
In a wok, add sugar and bring it to a melt and watch as it changes color.
When it hits the honey color comes, pour milk and stir well on low heat.
Just enough to make sure all the caramel goodness gets mixed into the milk.
Now add 2 cups milk to the same wok and bring it to a boil.
Add vanilla essence, mix milk and corn flour into a cup, pour the mixture into the milk, and cook until it dissolves and no lumps persist.
When the mixture thickens, turn off the flame.
Pour into serving cups and garnish with chopped almonds and caramel sauce.
Serve and enjoy a delicious caramel custard dessert.
