These traditional potato pancakes are a wonderful, comfortable breakfast meal. Serve with applesauce and yogurt for a light breakfast or with cream for a hearty dinner meal.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 3 medium
size
- Egg 1
- Black pepper
½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- All-purpose
flour 2 tbsp
- Oil/butter
for frying
Method:
Take three medium size potatoes, peel them and roughly grate the potatoes into a large bowl.
Add water into a bowl and drain it with a strainer.
Take another bowl, add egg, black pepper, and salt whisk well, add all-purpose flour, and grate potatoes and mix well.
Heat the frying pan, add oil and 1 to 2 tbsp of batter, pour into the frying pan, and flatten with the back of a spoon to make a thick pancake.
Fry and turn pancake when the golden color comes.
Repeat this process until all the potato mixture is finished.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with yogurt.
