How to Make Noodles Spring Rolls Recipe? Noodles Spring Rolls are something you hardly ever see in restaurants, as most noodles rolls are made without chicken and use only vegetables and noodles. You can even be creative and mix and match fillings, making some with chicken, and perhaps some with mincemeat or other proteins but in this recipe, all have there. A Noodles Spring roll is delicious, and while it takes some patience, none of the recipe steps are difficult.

How to Make Noodles Spring Rolls Recipe at Home


Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 2 cups
  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Onion finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped capsicum 2 tsp
  • Boiled peas ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Green Coriander, Green Chilies as required
  • Bread Crumbs as required
  • Egg 1

Method:

Mash the boiled potatoes, and mix with onions, capsicum, peas, salt, green chilies, salt, chaat masala, and green coriander.

Boil the noodles and drain the water and then cool them.

Mix it in the spices of potatoes and make it in the form of a roll.

Place breadcrumbs on a plate, apply egg on the roll, then roll in the breadcrumbs and deep fry.

Serve and enjoy.
