Chanay Dal Ki Kachori. You all must have eaten plain kachori, sometimes by ordering it from the market and sometimes by making it at home, but today we are teaching you how to make delicious kachori and tarkari made with chickpeas and urad dal. which you have never eaten before and which you can easily make at home.

Ingredients:

  • Chana Dal 50 grams (soak for 3 hours)
  • Urd Dal 50 grams (soaked for 1 hour)
  • Green chilies 3
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Ginger/ garlic paste 1tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Grind all these things in a mixer grinder and keep aside, neither grinding nor adding water.

Now heat 1 tablespoon of mustard oil in a pan, now add ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds and stir and then add the dal mixture and fry on low heat.

Now add ½ teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili and chopped coriander, and black pepper, after frying for 1 minute add chaat masala and green coriander and stir well and remove from the stove.

Add ½ cup of semolina, 2 tbsp of hot oil, celery, and salt to 1 cup of flour, knead the dough and keep it covered for a while.

Now make a patty of this dough and fill it with the dal spice that you made and shape it into a kachori with your hands.

Heat the oil for frying the kachori in a pan and keep the heat low.

Fry the kachoris till become golden and crispy from the outside.

Serve kachoris with green chutney.

Enjoy khasta kachoris.
