Samosa and Roll Patti Recipe at Home


Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:

Knead one cup of all-purpose flour and one cup of wheat flour well.

Add ½ tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, the required water, and ½ cup of oil and knead it.

Make small patties and roll the bread thinly and cut it with the help of a knife and keep it in a square patty.

Apply some ghee on a plastic sheet and place these rolled balls on it.

Keep only four to five balls on a plastic sheet, otherwise more will stick together.

Take the samosa patti is ready.

Now, prepare samosas and rolls by adding keema or potato spice whenever you want.
