Chinese Roll Recipe is one kind of chicken roll we frequently eat. This recipe uses Chinese salt and some additional ingredients to give you more of the taste. Enjoy Chinese roll with evening tea or at iftar time during Ramadan. 

Chinese Spring Rolls Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Chicken Boneless 250 g
  • Chopped Carrots 1 cup
  • Chili sauce ½ tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce ½ tsp
  • Roll sheets 1 packet
  • Chopped Capsicum 1 cup
  • Chopped Green onion 1/3 cup
  • Chopped Cabbage 1 cup
  • Chinese salt as per taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

Boil the chicken and shred it.

Grind the vegetables finely and add oil to the pan, add all the vegetables, add shredded chicken, salt, black pepper, and all the sauces, and mix and make rolls.

Fry rolls till golden

Serve and enjoy.
