Keema
Paratha is an easy and traditional cooking recipe to prepare at home for
breakfast. It provides you with an awesome taste of Roti, Nan & Bread.
Ingredients:
- All-purpose
flour 1 kg
- Keema(mincemeat)
1 kg
- Chopped
Onions 100 g
- Chopped Green
chili 2-4
- Chopped
Coriander leaves as required
- Black cumin
seeds ½ tsp
- Black pepper
½ tsp
- Ghee/oil as
required
- Red Chili as
desired
- Salt to
taste
Method:
Add a little salt and water to the flour and knead it well and let it rest for an hour.
Finely grind the minced meat and add salt, red chili, green chili, black chili, coriander, green, black cumin, ginger, and onion to it.
Make small balls of dough and roll them with a rolling pin.
Roll out one ball and put a layer of minced meat on it and place another rolled ball on top and press the edges well so that the mince does not come out.
Now make it big like a roti and put it directly on the hot pan and apply ghee/oil on both sides.
Remove when it turns golden on both sides.
Apply ghee or butter on top and eat hot.
Very tasty parathas are ready.
