Ingredients:

For Milk pudding

  • Milk (Doodh) 3 cups
  • Sugar (Cheeni) 1/3 cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Corn flour ¼ cup, Milk ½ cup

For Jelly

  • Water (Pani) 2 cups
  • Sugar (Cheeni) ¼ cup
  • Gelatin powder 2tsp
  • Green food color ¼ tsp

Method:

In the saucepan, add milk, sugar, and vanilla essence, & stir continuously until boiling. Take ½ a cup of milk and corn flour and dissolve it. And add to the milk mixture and cook for 5-10 minutes until thick. Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set. In another saucepan, put water, sugar, green food color, and gelatin powder, & bring it to a boil. After 2 hours in serving glasses, place kiwi slices and pour the jelly into them. Again refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy kiwi jelly milk pudding.

URDU/HINDI RECIPE

  • Aik saucepan mai 3 cups doodh, 1/3 cup cheeni, aur ½ tsp vanilla essence shamil keraine aur lagatar hilatay rahyn jab tak ubaal na ay.
  • Ab ½ cup doodh mai ¼ cup corn flour mix kerine aur isy paknay waly ameza mai shamil ker dain aur 5-10 mins kay liye paka lain ta kay wo gaarha hojaye.
  • Ab is ameza ko glasses mai palat dain aur 2-3 ghanatay kay liye fridge mai rakh dain.
  • Ab aik alag saucepan mai 2 cups panni, ¼ cup cheeni, ¼ tsp sabaz rung, aur 2 tsp gelatin powder shamil kerine aur isko ubaal anay tak paka lain.
  • Ab 2 ghanatay kay baad in glasses mai kiwi slices ko joraine aur paka hua jelly mixture isko oper palat dain aur dobara 1-2 ghanatay kay liye fridge mai rakh dain.
  • Thanda thanda kiwi jelly pudding paish kerine.
