Ingredients:
- Egg(Anda) 1
- Salt(Namak) 1tsp
- Boiled
Potatoes(Ublay Huye aloo) ½ kg
- Bread Crumbs
1tbsp
- Red Chili
Powder(Lal Mirch) 1tbsp
- Oregano
Powder ½ tsp
- Chat Masala ½
tsp
- Chopped Coriander/Mint leaves(Sabaz dhania aur pudina) 2tbsp
- Bread Crumbs
for Coating ½ cup
- Cooking Oil(Tail) for Frying 1+ ½ cup
Method:
In a large bowl, add boiled potatoes, and mash them with a potato masher.
Now, add red chili powder, chat masala, salt, oregano powder, egg, bread crumbs, chopped coriander leaves, & chopped mint leaves and mix well.
Take the mixture, shape it into balls, and roll them in bread crumbs.
In a wok, heat the oil, and fry the balls till golden color come.
Serve with ketchup or green chutney.
Revel and enjoy delicious potato balls.
